Syrah is a variety with exceptional qualities which develop fully on its favourite soil. Crozes-Hermitage wines have a deep red colour  and strong aromas of berries (blackcurrant, raspberries) or red fruit with a spicy touch. In the mouth, they are well-balanced and tannic.

Marsanne is a generous variety. White Crozes-Hermitage wines have strong aromas of white fruit  and flowers (hawthorn, acacia). They are round with a fresh finish.
